Refund policy

At Gentle Edit Studio, every order is created, packed, and prepared with great care. Whether you’ve chosen a writing ritual, a seasonal box, or a handmade gift, I want your order to arrive exactly as intended and bring a little moment of calm to your day.

Because many of our products are handmade, curated in small batches, or prepared especially for you, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs where possible. I understand how disappointing this can be, and I’ll always do my best to make things right. Where a fault or damage is confirmed, a replacement will be arranged at no additional cost.
